Tool and Gauge is known for our superiority in the design and manufacture of high precision injection moulds and precision machining. We have many years of experience servicing a range of Industry sectors with many of our staff having over twenty five years’ experience in the Industry.

Continuous integration of communication, CAD/CAM and Moldflow systems, DFM, mould validation and product qualification enables Tool & Gauge to offer services which are consistently at the leading edge of the engineering industry.

We also offer a complete turnkey service to Companies who require product design expertise from concept through to manufacture.

We operate from a 37,500 sq feet facility with state of the art technology. We currently employ over fifty highly skilled staff consisting of specialist design engineers, polymer engineers, toolmakers, technicians and machine operators.

We pride ourselves on our ability to be innovative and deliver specific customer needs to the highest standards in a prompt fashion. We consistently re-invest in the latest available technology and equipment and continuous development of our staff. One of our staff Donal Logan represented Ireland in the Plastic Die Engineering sector at the World Trade Fair in Rio in 2015.
