Who we are

This website, tag.ie, is run by Tool & Gauge Limited, a company registered in Ireland. Our address is Tool & Gauge, Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo, F91 Y303, Ireland.

If you have any questions about this policy, or about your information, email info@tag.ie or write to us at the address above.

What we collect

Enquiries. When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, company, work email, phone number, details of your project and any drawings or files you attach. These are treated in the strictest confidence and are not shared with any third party, other than the partners who help us handle your enquiry (listed below).

DFM checklist. When you download the checklist, we collect your name, work email, company and job title, so we can send you the checklist and a few related emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Job applications. If you apply for a job, we keep your CV and any details you send us.

Website visits. We use Google Analytics to see how the website is used, for example which pages people visit. It doesn’t tell us who you are.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, send you what you asked for, consider your job application and improve our website. We never sell it.

Who else sees it

We only share your information with the partners and service providers who help us run our business and this website. They can only use it to help us, and must keep it safe.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a customer. Checklist emails stop as soon as you unsubscribe. Job applications are kept for 12 months.

Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies to keep it working, and Google Analytics cookies to count visits. Analytics cookies are only used if you accept them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email info@tag.ie and we’ll reply within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can contact the Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie.
